<p>Leaf celery has been moved from the Ntionak Annex to category 2. This means that derogation may be granted for the use of non-organic seed.</p>

<p>Red sowing onion has been moved from the National Annex to category 2. This means that derogation will be granted for the use of non-organic seed.</p>

<p>The new Annex Agricultural crops is published. The Annex is valid from January 1st 2023.</p> <p>The only modification concerns Summer wheat, which has been included again in the National Annex. For 2023 there is enough organic supply available.</p>

<p>The new Annex 2023 for vegetables open cultivation is in force as from January 1th 2023.</p> <p>Leek, other than overwintering and regrowth, will be placed on category 1 as from July 1 2023. This is the most important change in the table.</p> <p>The herbs are placed together down below in the category columns of the Annex table.</p>

<p>Additions to the Annex vegetative propagating material are quince in category 2 and seed for forest and hedging plants in category 3.</p>

<p>The new Annex for vegetables and fruit crops for covered cultivation 2023 has been published. The Annex is valid from 15 October 2022 to 1 October 2023.</p> <p>Headed lettuce is categorized into headed lettuce for cold cultivation and for winter cultivation. The last has been included into category 2 because there is less offer. Lettuce Lolla rossa type has been moved to category 2 because there is less offer.</p> <p>Sweet pepper - blocky - yellow has been added to the National Annex (category1). This means that no derogation is possible.</p> <p>Sweet pepper - coned - yellow and orange have been added to category 2. This is a new sub-crop.</p>

<p>There are no changes in the Annex for vegetative propagating material 2022.</p>

<p>The new Annex 2022 for agricultural crops has been published. This Annex is valid from the 1st of January 2022. <br /><br /></p> <p>Hybrid rye-grass, Meadow fescue and Blue Lupin have been placed on the Annex (category 1).</p> <p>Fodder beet and Hairy vetch have been placed from category 3 to 2 because organic supply is available. Climbing bean for intercropping (agricultural) is a new crop in category 3.</p> <p> </p>

<p>Leek, other than overwintering,  will be placed on category 1 in 2023.</p>

<p>The new Annex 2022 for vegetables open cultivation has been published. This Annex is valid from the 1st of January 2022. The only update is that the sub-crop <em>Brussels sprouts early (harvest until half November)</em> has been replaced back from category 1 to 2 because the supply has been decreased. </p>

<p>The new Annex for Vegetable and Fruit crops covered cultivation is published. The Annex is valid from 15 October 2021 to 15 October 2022</p>

<p>The new Annex Agricultural crops is published. The Annex is valid from January 1st 2021.</p> <p>Winter barley and winter pea are now included in the National Annex.</p>
